The company builds on nearly 30 years of industry experience. Founder Daniel Vlichez has spent decades working within the flexosector, supplying equipment, representing leading brands, and working directly with printing companies on their daily production and maintenance challenges. This long-term exposure provided a detailed understanding of how anilox performance directly impacts print quality, downtime, and overall production efficiency.

Across the industry, the same issues appear repeatedly: inconsistent cleaning results, unexpected press stops, and gradual loss of print performance caused by contaminated anilox rollers. In many cases, cleaning is only addressed once production problems are already visible.

TWEN was created to address these limitations with a more controlled and repeatable approach.

This approach led to the development of a patented multi-station laser cleaning system capable of cleaning up to 10 anilox rollers simultaneously. The system is designed for high-efficiency operations where cleaning capacity and reduced downtime are critical. It can also be combined with inspection technology to measure and document cleaning results when required, adding traceability to the process.

The objective is not only to improve cleaning performance, but to support a change of paradigm in anilox care —moving toward a more structured, controlled, and data-aware approach.
